Testing services

  • Dozens of thermal test stations (DAQs for temperature, pressure, and flow recording; programmable power supplies; resistance heaters; cold plates with programmable cooling baths)

  • Heat pipe life testing stands

  • Two thermoelectric characterization stands

  • Three thermal vacuum test chambers (two bell jar stands, one 23” tall vacuum box)

  • One closed-loop wind tunnel for 200 m/s airflow thermal-aerodynamic testing

  • One electronics cooling air flow bench (AMS 1200 cfm)

  • Three variable 1-g tilt tables with integral cold plates and test heaters

  • Two hydrostatic pressure test stands for proof and burst pressure testing to 4,000 psig

  • One thermal-imaging 60 Hz, infrared camera 

  • One metallography station (digital stereo microscope, wet saw + polisher, and potting stand)

  • High temperature “liquid metal” OHP test stand 

  • Complete ISO9001/AS9100D quality assurance department with digital height gauges, optical scanners, profilometers, and other calibrated measurement equipment
