OHP Heat Spreaders

ThermAvant’s Oscillating Heat Pipe heat spreaders handle extremely high heat loads and fluxes and producible in materials with tailorable coefficients of thermal expansion (CTEs) and in a wide range of three-dimensional shapes or sizes.

Our OHP heat spreaders are used in an array of applications. The objective is to acquire heat from one more relatively small device(s) and dissipate it across a larger surface area with minimal temperature rise. They are made as small as several centimeters or as large as several meters in dimension.
